Diana Ezerex grew up in a musical home in southern Germany. She began singing and playing instruments at the age of 3, took recorder and saxophone lessons and taught herself to play the piano, guitar and songwriting.
Diana Ezerex
Strong Voice. Deep Lyrics. Catchy Melodies.
In February 2024, DIANA impressed us with her creative entry to BEE as part of our Endorsement Challenge.
As a German-Nigerian woman living in Germany, Diana Ezerex's current Identity Project deals with some of the "in-betweens" in her search for her path and her place and explores belonging, a sense of home, acceptance and racism in her music. Her music is somewhere between pop and indie.
Four EPs are scheduled to be released by summer 2025, dealing with questions of belonging to society as well as the challenges for a black German, (self-)reflection, and relationships that influence and shape one's own personality.
Diana's latest work is her most intimate and raw yet, fearlessly confronting societal norms and shedding light on her own experiences, hardships, and self-perception.
